(February 24, 2014) Jackson, TN – The Tennessee Ambulance Service Association has presented a prestigious state wide award to Dr. Mike Revelle of Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. Revelle received the “Medical Director of the Year” award at the annual TASA conference held in Gatlinburg this month. Medical Center EMS Director Joyce Noles presented the award. Dr. Revelle has been medical director of Medical Center EMS since 2004 and is presently medical director of Haywood County EMS as well.
Karen Utley, Vice President of Hospital Services said,” Dr. Revelle and Joyce Noles are both very active in the State Association. I am proud of the work they have done in Emergency Services and how they have represented our organization. We congratulate Dr. Revelle on his award and a job well done.”
