Liberty Street Grill, 110 North Liberty Street, is closing January 31.
Owner Mark Hudgens said parking – or the lack of it – helped the restaurant’s demise.
“We have to enforce some parking downtown,” Hudgens said, “We depend on a lot of people coming downtown, but also the surrounding areas.”
The building consists of about 3,800 square feet, with the restaurant occupying about 1,900 square feet.
