‘Legends of Motown’ – Groups include The Temptations, The Miracles, The Vandellas at the Civic Center, Saturday

The Legends of Motown Extravaganza Tour will be held at the Carl Perkins Civic Center from 7 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., Saturday.

Groovetime 2.0 will feature five legendary Motown Artists – The Contours, The Vandellas, Jr. Walkers Allstar Band, The Miracles Revue featuring Mark Scott, and A Temptation Revue featuring Bernard Gibson.

For those old enough, here’s a list of a few of the hits of each group.

The Miracles – The tracks of my tears, Tears of a clown, I second that emotion
Jr. Walker and the All-Stars – What does it take, How sweet it is
The Contours – Do you love me
The Vandellas – Dancing in the Street, Nowhere to Run, Jimmy Mack
Temptations – My Girl, Papa was a rollin’ stone, Just my imagination and I’m going to make you love me
