Eden Smith of Coldwell Banker Barnes in Jackson is excited to announce the finalized sale of a 0.51 acre lot in Jackson Plaza Shopping Center, at the intersection of North Highland Avenue and Old Hickory Boulevard.
Smith facilitated the purchase of this lot by Leaders Credit Union from a Regions Bank Trustee.
Leaders Credit Union is expected to use this lot, which is directly adjacent to their existing
branch at 1956 North Highland Avenue, to improve the experience for members who use the
ATM and teller lanes.
The sale of this land is the first real estate activity to occur in the Jackson Plaza area in almost
20 years, and Smith hopes that this move will encourage other companies to begin looking at
the Jackson Plaza as a viable location for development of their business.
“It is encouraging and important to see this very strong local financial entity further investing in
this area,” Smith said. “We continue to strive for creating more synergy in the Jackson Plaza.”
