Kameron Boyd, a senior running back for the Jackson Christian Eagles is the NEWS/TALK 101.5 FM & WNWS.COM football ‘Player of the Week,’ presented by Mann’s Wrecker and AJD Metal Designs.com.

Kam scored three touchdowns and rushed for 160 yards on 20 carries in the Eagles’ 36-25 win over St. George’s, last Friday.

“Honestly, I didn’t do it, I’d say it was my line – my team – the blocking, we had a very good scheme,” Kam said, “Although certain things may not have gone our way, we were able to (make adjustments) at halftime.”

Coaches comment –

“Kam did an outstanding job in our last game,” said Darby Palmer, Jackson Christian head football coach, “He’s an outstanding young man on and off the field. He’s a great leader for us. We’re just blessed he’s here. He’s a senior and does a great job for us.”
