From the Jackson Police Department –
The Jackson Police have charged eighteen-year-old, Julio M. Dominguez, with two counts of vandalism for spray painting graffiti on fences and buildings in the area of LANA, Lambuth Area Neighborhood Association.
During the month of September, Jackson Police received multiple complaints from citizens in the LANA area complaining about graffiti being found on fences and buildings in multiple areas surrounding LANA. Jackson Police Gang Unit Investigators with assistance from the LANA community were able to positively identify Julio Dominguez as the suspect. Julio Dominguez has been charged with two counts of vandalism and additional charges are pending.
