From the Jackson Police Department –
Jackson Police are investigating a Burglary/Vandalism of the Carl Perkins Civic Center, 400 S. Highland Avenue, and need assistance identifying this person of interest.
On January 27th, surveillance video captures an unknown black male, who appears to be 40-50 years of age, use a pry bar to break into the lower level of the Civic Center. After breaking into the Civic Center, this unidentified man broke into the vending machines and removed the money inside. He was captured on video wearing a dark work coat, blue jeans, black boots and a black toboggan.
