The Jackson Police Department is investigating a shoplifting that occurred at Dollar General, 581 Old Hickory Blvd., and needs assistance identifying a person of interest.
According to a press release, on August 3, an unidentified thin build black male wearing a black t-shirt, gray sweatpants, and red cap is captured on surveillance video concealing items into a black backpack. This subject is last observed running from the store and leaving the premises in a gray Chevrolet Malibu.
