From the Jackson Police Department –

On December 25th, Jackson Police responded to the creek bed that runs across Oil Well Road near Northside Assembly Church for a report of bones, possibly human, being located. Jackson Police Investigators and the Medical Examiner confirm the bones appear to be human.

Investigators also confirm the skeletal remains are not a complete skeletal system. Currently, cadaver K9’s from Middle TN along with investigators are searching the area.
