The Jackson Police Department continues an investigation after a man was shot at a residence at a home on Ivy Hill Drive, Monday afternoon.

Members of the Jackson Police Department and Medical Center EMS responded to the call at the residence, which is located just north of Northeast Middle School.

Northeast Middle School was in lockdown during the incident.
