According to Jackson Energy Authority, electric power has been restored.

According to Gibson Electric Membership Corporation, the number of outages stand at 211 members – 20 trouble spots – compared to a reported high of 8,300 plus, Tuesday.

The outages are scattered from north Madison and Crockett counties in Tennessee to north Carlisle County in Kentucky.

According to Memphis Gas Light & Water, 75,883 customers remained without power as of 11:50 a.m., today.

Downed powerlines, poles and trees have caused a majority of the outages.
