The Jackson Planning Commission approved the consideration of a revised preliminary plat for Epperson Place – Phases 1-3, during their monthly meeting at Jackson City Hall, Wednesday.
Comprising of 60 lots on approximately 20.99 acres in a single family residential district off Old Humboldt Road, the plan was submitted by Surveying Services Inc., on behalf of Kingston Creek Partners.
The lots will range from approximately 9,000-square-feet to 18,000-square-feet.
