Kevin Tyler Gage, 362 Bolivar Highway, has been indicted by the Madison County Grand Jury, on aggravated child abuse and neglect and First Degree murder charges.
Gage was charged April, 2016.
He is scheduled to be arraigned in Circuit Court Division III, Monday.
