The Jackson-Madison County Regional Health Department received positive test results for 98 more cases of COVID-19. We now have 8,825 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Madison County – 6,826 have recovered.
The newest confirmed cases range from ages 3 months to 90.
Epidemiology staff are reaching out to these individuals and people who had close contact with these cases.
Forty Madison County residents are currently hospitalized. Six of those patients are on a ventilator.
