The cause of a grass fire at the corner of Oil Well Road and Walker Road is unknown, but the Jackson Fire Department responded to the blaze, at approximately 1:15 p.m., Monday.
The Jackson Police Department assisted by blocking traffic trying to use the Oil Well Road exit at Kroger in West Towne Commons and kept motorists from accessing Oil Well Road from Walker Road.
