When Charles Rahm decided not to run for re-election to the Jackson City Council, he became the fourth member to decide to step aside.

Rahm, who represents District 8, joins Charles ‘Pepper’ Bray (6), Randy Wallace (7) and Vicky Foote (1) who have announced they will not run for re-election to the City Council.
