The Jackson City Council approved eight items of new business during its monthly meeting at CIty Hall, Tuesday.
City Council members approved –
A contract for Bermuda Sod with Tri Turf Sod.
A contract for city wide pest control services with Tennessee Valley Termite & Pest Control for $15,040.
A contract wit Universal Collection Agency for collection services. Universal Collection will make 22 percent on all funds collected.
A contract for long-term disability with Symetra.
A contract for deferred compensation with Voya.
A contract with Intrada for website design.
The consideration of Cedarbrook Farms – Phase 3A & 3B – Birch Hollow Lane -322-329 Hidden Springs Lane – 76-88 Grove Hill Lane, and portions of Farmbrook Lane and Deloach Road, and the consideration of Wyndstone Section 3 – 5 & 6 Pinehill Cove, 60 & 61 Mallory Drive.
The developer has constructed a street for city specifications, and the responsibilities transitions to the city when construction on the subdivisions have been completed.
