Basic math will tell you Jay’len Mosley accounted for all five touchdowns Jackson Christian School scored in their latest outing, Friday.
The Eagles defeated FACS, 35-7, improved to 7-0 overall and earned Jay’len – nine receptions 172 yards – the Victory Honda of Jackson, NEWS/TALK 101.5 FM, WNWS.COM, high school football ‘Player of the Week’ award.
“I would like to thank Victory Honda for the award,” Jay’len said, “So far, we’ve been successful (because) we’ve played together. We have great coaching, great people on the team. We’re 7-0 right now, but we’re not where we want to be.”
Interesting – Jay’len was named the NEWS/TALK 101.5 FM ‘Player of the Week’ in Oct. 2021 – FACS was also the opposition.
