
Police Arrest Man and Woman on Several Charges When He Tries to Push Her from Moving Vehicle
On Monday around 6:30 p.m. a Jackson police investigator saw a white Dodge Ram traveling south on N. Royal approaching Allen Ave.
The passenger door opened and the investigator saw a man trying to push a woman out of the moving truck. The truck was pulled over and police investigated.
The investigation determined that Sabrina Cox, 21, of Jackson, had stopped William McMillen, 64, of Jackson, in the area of Railroad and
Preston Street and offered him sexual favors for money.

He agreed and she got in the truck. They had an argument about the price that she would be paid. She asked to be taken back to where she was picked up from and he tried to push her out of the truck.
The investigator noticed that McMillen smelled of an odor associated with an intoxicating drink. McMillen perform poorly on three field sobriety tests
McMillen was arrested and charged with solicitation of prostitution, reckless endangerment, driving under the influence, negligent driving and violation of implied consent law. Cox was arrested and charged with prostitution.
McMillen is free on $2000 bond and his next court date is July 12 in Madison County General Sessions Court.
William “Bill” McMillen is the owner of A-1 Waste. McMillen’s company is currently involved in a lawsuit with Madison County regarding a landfill in West Madison County. Residents object to the landfill in their neighborhood and allege McMillen operates illegally. McMillen was recently cited for illegal burning of hazardous materials at the location.
Cox was released on her own recognizance. Her next court date is July 18 in Jackson City Court.
