Alexander Thompson Arnold, an accounting firm based in Jackson, has merged with Ashby & Associates, a Tupelo-based firm in Mississippi.

With the addition of Tupelo, ATA – which provides accounting, auditing, tax and consulting services – has 14 office locations in West and Middle Tennessee, Western Kentucky and Mississippi. It has nine Memphis-based Certified Public Accountants.

Alexander Thompson Arnold merged with Memphis firms Revolution Partners and Collins Thomas & Associates in 2016.

“We’re growing and looking at new target markets,” said ATA partner Stephen Eldridge of Jackson. “We have a lot of clients in Tupelo, which is a phenomenal town, and look forward to expanding our presence and involvement in the community.”
