There was no movement in this week’s Bakers Rack ‘Baker’s Dozen,’ coaches poll because all 13 teams in last week’s TSSAA State High School Football Playoffs opened with a win and advanced to Round 2.
All games kickoff at 7 p.m., Friday.
1) Huntingdon (11-0) – defeated Fayetteville, 64-14 in opening round of Class 1A playoffs. Next game: The Mustangs host Moore County, Friday.
2) Covington (10-1) – defeated Melrose 24-12. Next game: The Chargers host Milan in the Class 3A playoffs, Friday.
3) Haywood (9-2) – defeated Millington, 55-0. Next game: The Tomcats face Obion County in the Class 3A playoffs in Brownsville, Friday.
4) Dresden (10-1) – defeated Memphis Middle College, 53-16. Next game: The Lions host Hillcrest in the Class 1A playoffs, Friday.
5) Waverly (9-1) – defeated Forrest, 63-36. Next game: Class 2A home game versus Lewis County, Friday.
6) Peabody (9-2) – defeated Memphis Mitchell, 30-0. Next game: Class 2A playoffs versus Adamsville in Trenton, Friday.
7) Henry County (8-3) – defeated Ridgeway, 42-24. Next game: Class 5A playoffs versus Munford, in Paris, Friday.
8) South Gibson County (9-2) – defeated Trezevant, 36-8. Next game: Class 3A playoffs at Raleigh-Egypt, Friday.
9) Lexington (8-3) – defeated Creek Wood, 31-12. Next game: The Tigers host Springfield in the Class 3A playoffs, Friday.
10) Crockett County (9-2) – defeated Fayette Ware, 56-18. Next game: The Cavaliers host Dyersburg in the Class 3A playoffs, Friday.
11) Union City (9-2) – defeated Manassas, 62-0. Next game: The Golden Tornadoes host Douglass in the Class 2A playoffs, Friday.
12) Munford (9-2) – defeated Clarksville, 42-14. Next game: The Cougars visit Paris to play Henry County in the Class 5A playoffs, Friday.
13) USJ (7-4) – defeated ECS 35-17. Next game: Division II – Class AA game at Battle Ground Academy in Franklin, Friday.
