Update – all lanes have re-opened on South Highland Avenue
The extent of injuries is not known, but a semi-trailer truck collided with a motorcycle on U.S. Highway 45 South near Lowe’s.
The Jackson Police Department, Emergency Medical Services and the Tennessee Highway Patrol are working at the scene.
Northbound and southbound lanes on South Highland Avenue are blocked. Motorists are urged to take alternative routes.
