‘I wouldn’t want to have to tackle him’ – Dakylan Woods, Crockett County running back earns 101.5 FM’s ‘Player of the Week’

Dakylan Woods, a junior running back at Crockett County High School, has been named the ‘Player of the Week,’ by Golden Media Group – 101.5 FM.

Dakylan rushed 158 yards on 18 carries (8.77 yards per carry) and scored three touchdowns – two rushing, one a 40-yard reception – in Crockett County’s 28-26 win at North Side, Friday, September 26.

He doesn’t have the stats this year due to him not playing complete games, but I love his character, work ethic, and how he wants the ball in big situations. Crockett County (5-1) entertains Dyersburg (5-1), Friday.
