According to gasbuddy.com., the $2.09.9 per gallon of regular unleaded, is .10 cents cheaper than Shell, 336 South Highland Avenue.
In Arkansas, the lowest price can be found in Springdale ($1.87) and Birmingham, Alabama ($1.75).
But not all cities and states are participating – in Los Angeles, the average price of a gallon of gasoline is $3.09.
