Construction continues on two new hotels in Park Place West off Dr. F.E. Wright Drive.
When complete, SpringHill Suites Marriott – operated by Cumberland Hospitality – will offer 95 rooms, and Best Western Plus will offer 92 rooms.
Springhill Suites Marriott is owned by Raj Patel, who also owns Fairfield Inn and Suites, at 1335 Vann Drive.
Both SpringHill Suites Marriott and Best Western Plus are being built next to Affordable Dentures on Christmasville Cove.
Management at the hotels could not be reached for comment.
