The annual Fellowship of Christian Athletes High School Invitational Golf Classic will be held at the Jackson Country Club, Monday.
About 100 golfers – boys and girls – are expected to participate in the event that traditionally serves as the kickoff for high school golf in the area, each year.
Play begins with a 9:15 a.m., shotgun start.
Presented by BancorpSouth, boys teams participating are Trinity Christian Academy, University School of Jackson, Lexington, Dyer County, Jackson Christian, Madison, Bradford, South Gibson County, Franklin Road Academy, Scotts Hill, South Fulton, Milan and Union City.
Girls – Milan, University School of Jackson, Trinity Christian Academy, Lexington, Jackson Christian, South Gibson County, Franklin Road Academy, Bradford, Madison, Scotts Hill, FACS and Union City.
