D S Hermitage Inc. has sold the Hermitage Apartments to Dominion Hermitage LLC, 189 Old Hickory Blvd., for $15,000,000.
The complex offers one, two and three-bedroom units.
The apartments range from 648 square feet for a one-bedroom apartment to 1,280 for three bedrooms.
