The Jackson-Madison County Regional Health Department confirms three additional COVID-19 related deaths, bringing the total to 230 in Madison County. The newest deaths include:
- 53-year-old male (died 2/6/2021)
- 60-year-old female (died 2/14/2021)
- 64-year-old male (died 2/16/2021)
The health department received positive test results for three more cases of COVID-19. We now have 11,073 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Madison County – 10,771 have recovered.
The newest confirmed cases range from ages 18 to 48.
Our Epidemiology staff is reaching out to these individuals and people who had close contact with these cases.
Five Madison County residents are currently hospitalized. One of those patients is on a ventilator.
