The Jackson-Madison County Regional Health Department received positive test results for 27 more cases of COVID-19. We now have 2,264 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Madison County – 1,794 recovered.
The newest confirmed cases include 10 males, 17 females, and range from ages 3 months to 74.
Our Epidemiology staff is reaching out to these individuals and people who had close contact with these cases.
Twenty-four Madison County residents are currently hospitalized. Four of those patients are on a ventilator.
