The Jackson-Madison County Regional Health Department confirms a 53-year-old male died Nov. 8, 2021 due to complications from COVID-19. This brings the total number of COVID-19 related deaths to 314 in Madison County.
The health department has received positive test results for 61 more cases of COVID-19 since Friday, Nov. 5, 2021. We now have 18,426 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Madison County – 17,748 have recovered.
