“The search and investigation will continue as long as we receive leads on the disappearance of Kevin and Britney Watson.

An arrest warrant will be issued today for First Degree Murder on Kevin. This is done to cover all possibilities and to meet requirements for me to get additional resources to help search.

 There will be no searching today because of weather warnings. We will spend this time regrouping and determining what we have left to do.

Thursday, the EMA Director, Jeremy Qualls, along with deputies and other support needed, will resume searching.

If they are not found, then Friday we will organize, hopefully a large search party of volunteers to cover the area in its entirety and to make sure nothing was missed. We will release more details on that tomorrow.

Thanks everyone for your support and prayers. May God help us bring closure for the three children and extended family.”
