Property at the southwest corner of State Route 223 and U.S. Highway 70 has been sold for $1,050,000.
Blooming Medina LLC, purchased the 1.87 acres at 16 Smith Lane from Gary A. Taylor.
The property was previously approved for rezoning from manufacturing and warehousing to highway business.
Located near Central Distributors, plans call for an 8,000-square-foot convenience store.
The deal was facilitated by Eden Smith – Coldwell Banker Barnes.
