If a press release is correct, Gander Mountain 1523 Vann Drive, will become Gander Outdoors.
Gander Mountain – the company – filed for bankruptcy in March, and was purchased by Camping World.
The Jackson store, which continues a going out of business sale, is one of 63 former Gander Mountain locations scheduled to become Gander Outdoors.
Company officials with Camping World, headquartered in Bowling Green, Kentucky, did not return telephone calls or respond to email requests.
Camping World is one of the largest Recreational Vehicle and camping supply stores in the United States, with more than 100 locations and 2,000 employees.
The company had annual revenue in $1.48 billion in 2014.
In October 2016, Camping World had an Initial Public Offering which raised $251 million.
Camping World Holdings Inc. (NYSE: CWH) closed at $35.35 today, down 0.23.
