FIRE CHIEF INDICTED— Michael Browning, Jr., former Chief of Cedar Grove Fire Department, was indicted Monday by a Carroll County grand jury and booked into Carroll County Jail on two charges: Theft of Property over $10,000 and Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card. His total bond is set at $10,000.
An investigation report by the Comptroller’s office (is expected).
