JACKSON Tenn — On Wednesday the Metro Narcotics Unit served a drug related search warrant at 26 Tracewood Cove in Jackson which is the home of brothers, Wheatley Graham and Whitley Graham. During the search of the residence,

Investigators recovered approximately 330 grams (12-ounces) of Marijuana, drug paraphernalia and a loaded 9mm handgun. Officers also discovered dogs on the premises that were not being properly cared for and summoned Animal Control Officers to the scene.

27-year-old Wheatley Graham, and 25-year-old Whitley Graham, both of 26 Tracewood Cove were charged with Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Sell or Distribute, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Firearm in commission of a Dangerous Felony and Aggravated Animal Cruelty.

They are currently being held at the Madison County Criminal Justice Complex where they await arraignment in Jackson City Court.
