JACKSON Tenn. (June 25, 2015) – Police say even after taking Precious Robinson into custody she continued to be uncooperative.
Police responded to a domestic disturbance call at an east Jackson apartment complex. Officers say the investigation determined that Precious Robinson was the aggressor and attempted to take her into custody.
According to the affidavit, Robinson struggled with officers and had to be taken to the ground for officers to arrest her. Officers say she continued to struggle and clawed an officer’s leg.
Once officers arrived at the Madison County Jail, Criminal Justice Complex, according to the affidavit, Robinson refused to go inside and had to be forcefully escorted into the booking area.
Precious Robinson is charged with evading arrest, resisting arrest, simple assault and simple domestic assault. She remains in custody awaiting her next court appearance.
