Doctor Suds III, a new car wash located at 60 Chloe Place, has been sold.
Located on 1.47 acres next to Sonic in Park Place West, Boing US Holdco Inc., purchased the property for $4,250,000.
When the business opens, vehicles will be washed in a 150-foot tunnel and 33 vacuum cleaners will be available.
