Buchanan Realty Group & Lefevre Construction are withdrawing their proposal for a luxury apartment complex on Grace Cove in Medina.

“We’ve heard the concerns of the community and have decided to no longer pursue developing an apartment complex at this time,” said Brandon Buchanan, owner Buchanan Realty Group.

“Our intention was to provide a housing solution for families and professionals not quite ready to buy a home. Our research showed that the complex would have a substantial positive economic impact on the area and we had hoped that residents would see the benefits.”

“We will no longer be presenting the proposal for approval at the Medina Board of Alderman meeting (Monday).”
