When you can’t give a gift in person, you can always ship it. The United States Postal Service, FedEx, and UPS are busy shipping goods to make sure everyone has a happy holiday.
All of the three aforementioned delivery companies have shipping deadlines coming up within the next few days.
USPS’s busiest days for mailing cards, letters, and packages is today. The 18th is the busiest delivery day for cards and letters and the 19th is the busiest delivery day for packages.
The deadline to ensure delivery by December 25 by First-Class Mail is December 20. The deadline for Priority Mail is December 21 and the deadline for Priority Mail Express is December 23.
For UPS, 2nd Day Air packages that are picked up on the 20th will be delivered on Christmas Eve. The last day for 2nd Day Air to arrive on Christmas Eve is the day after that.
The last day to ship UPS Next Day Air packages in time for Christmas delivery is Monday, December 23.
Tomorrow is the last day for FedEx Home Delivery and FedEx Ground delivery to measure it makes it by Christmas Eve.
The FedEx Express Saver packages need to go out by December 19. December 21 is the last day for FedEx 2Day. The 23rd is the last day for FedEx First Overnight, FedEx Priority Overnight, and FedEx Standard Overnight.
