JACKSON Tenn (June 3, 2015) – A defendant facing charges of assaulting his wife and then breaking windows out of their home was in Jackson City Court
Stephen Crawford is charged with hitting his wife multiple times in the face at their home on Allen Street.
According to police the victim had visible injuries to her head, face, neck, arms and hands. She was transported to a nearby hospital with a possible broken jaw, according to the affidavit.
Court papers allege Crawford also broke windows out of the home they share and struck the window of his wife’s vehicle multiple times.
Stephen Crawford is charged with aggravated domestic assault and vandalism. He is being held in lieu of a $100,000 bond, and the judge issued a no-contact order.
