Court Appearance For Passenger of Man Killed in Three-Way Shooting
JACKSON Tenn — Robert Aspiranti was in court on Thursday for his first court appearance in connection with a Friday Sept. 26, 2014 shooting
Aspiranti is charged with simple possession of marijuana and violating probation.
19-year-old Aspiranti was a passenger in a car with 18-year-old Dillion McGee that ended up involved in a Madison County deputy-related shooting.
According to documents, Aspiranti had a small amount of marijuana in the pocket of the pants he was wearing when deputies searched him. He was already on probation for a previous simple possession charge.
Aspiranti has been in jail since the incident, Thursday he plead not guilty to the charge. He was released on $250 dollar bond and has his next court appearance scheduled for Nov 1.
