Management could not be reached for comment, and an opening date has not been announced, but construction continues on a new hotel concept – stayAPT Suites – at 86 Parkstone Place in Park Place East near the Holiday Inn Express & Suites.

The 59-room hotel will consist of 19,853 square feet located on a 2.19 acre lot, and offer 94 parking spaces.

The suites will offer 500-plus square feet and feature a full-size kitchen with full-size appliances, dedicated living room and a separate bedroom.

Amenities will include –

Dedicated living room with sleeper sofa, lounge chair and 55-inch smart TV
Full-size kitchen with full-size appliances (4-burner stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator)
Large center island with seating
Separate bedroom, with second large smart TV, walk-in closet and work area
