Construction continues on Homewood Suites, 33 Capital Avenue in The Columns Phase III.
The four-story, 73,000-square-foot facility, which will offer 98 rooms and 101 parking spaces, is being constructed on 2.55 acres.
The hotel is owned by Mitul Patel, managing principal Peachtree Hotel Group in Atlanta.
Homewood Suites will become the fifth hotel on the west side of Vann Drive, joining Howard Johnson Inn, 1292 Vann Drive, Fairfield Inn & Suites, 1335 Vann Drive, Hilton Garden Inn, 1324 Vann Drive, and Tru by Hilton at 1136 Rushmeade Road.
