Construction continues on Copper Creek Apartments, a new 144-unit apartment complex on Creek Stone Cove – south of Sterling Farms Cove.
Pre-leasing is scheduled for early July, with an early September move in date scheduled.
Brandon Buchanan Realty Group is the developer and Josh LeFevre Construction LLC is building the complex – which will consist of six- three-story buildings – on approximately 6.59 acres.
The facility will offer 229 parking spaces.
