Commercial property once home to SAS Shoes of Jackson, 256 Vann Drive, has been sold.

A. Lee Brown Jr., and Amelia H. Brown sold the 6,000-square-foot facility to John T. Crunk Jr. Trust, John Thomas Crunk III 2014 Trust, and Anna Caroline Crunk 2014 Trust for $700,000.

Lee Brown owned SAS Shoes for 20-plus years.

The commercial property sale is the third on Vann Drive in three months.

Property home to Chipotle Mexican Grill, 883 Vann Drive sold in April.

Tennessee LLC WAA Investment Holdings LLC purchased the property for $2,925,000 from Humphreys Fund of Tennessee LLC.

Chipotle’s opened on Vann Drive in September, 2021.

In February of 2022, property next door to Chipotle – Wendy’s, 873 Vann Drive – sold for $2,711,115.

Cactus Development Partnership purchased the property from WRG Realty.

The building was renovated and reopened for business in March 2019.

The sale of the property was the second since 2018.

Restaurant Holdings LLC sold 873 Vann Drive to WRG Realty LLC, for $2,232,143.
