Commercial property at 2855 U.S. Highway 45 Bypass has been sold.
Michael Earl Thompson and Lisa Kay Meeson, Tennessee Gap Trust, sold the property to 2855 Highway 45 Bypass Partners, for $2,200,000.
Royal Furniture Gallery occupies the 32,486-square-foot facility, which sits on 2.28 acres and was constructed in 1981.
