FirstChoice Property & Development LLC sold property – which consists of 12,000-square-feet for $2,900,000.
The units range from 1,200- to 3,500-square-feet.
Tenants include Cypress Insurance, Queen Nails, Sage Boutique, Nutrition Faktory, GeriHab Physical Therapy and Wellness, Lifestyle Vision and HOTWORX.
The sale joins a growing list of retail and commercial properties sold in Jackson since June, 2021.
