Jackson, Tenn. — Stan Clampitt with Buchanan Realty Group has brokered a transaction at 1363 Union University Drive for $2,800,000.

According to a press release from Summer Paris – Paris Creative Agency – the Thomsen Farms building was sold by First Choice Property & Development, LLC to a group of local investors. The property is 14,760 sq. ft on a 2.16 acre lot.

Current tenants include Beyond Vogue, VaporWize, MT Salon, First Choice Property & Development, Southern Family Dentistry, Solace Skin & Laser and Hana. Tenants will remain at the location.
