Coming down – former convenience store on Oil Well Road giving way to new development

A convenience store at 236 Oil Well Road will be demolished, and a new retail development will be constructed.

The Jackson City Council approved an ordinance to rezone the property from Office Center District to Planned Unit Commercial Development, at City Hall, Tuesday.
