Coco’s, a new restaurant in downtown Jackson, officially opened at 205 East Lafayette Street, following a ribbon cutting, Friday.
The site is the former home of The Bakers Rack.
With locations in Medina – 204 North Main St. – and Martin – 1053 Old Fulton Road – Coco’s is best known for its homemade meals to go.
Coco’s also offers breakfast and hot lunch specials, daily.
Known for freshness, the restaurant has small meals that will feed a family of four and large meals that feed a family of six-to-eight.
Breakfast items include Cinnamon rolls, scones, bagels, turnovers, muffins, bacon, egg & cheese biscuit, sausage, egg & cheese biscuit, chicken biscuit and ham biscuit.
Coco’s also had coolers customers can select from. You can sit down and eat, and you can utilize Coco’s banquet room or party room.
Coco’s is open Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturdays.
